I design and build websites for small and local businesses. Usually they're businesses whose current site hasn't kept up with how much they've grown, or who've been getting by on a Facebook page and never had a proper site at all.
The approach is simple: take something that's fallen behind and quietly bring it up to standard. Modern, mobile-friendly, easy for your customers to use, and built without the jargon.
Thompson Sorted is a small, one-person operation, run from Bath. That means when you get in touch, the person you speak to is the person who designs and builds your site. Not an agency, not a call centre, and not a template you have to figure out yourself. Just clear, careful work, done properly.

Yes. Send me the link and I'll take a look. Sometimes a redesign keeps the parts that still work and rebuilds the rest, and sometimes a fresh start is quicker. I'll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
The basics about what you do, your contact details, and any photos or wording you already have. If you don't have much, that's fine. I'll work with what there is and tell you if anything's missing.
